Located in the Point Dume neighborhood on the coast of Malibu, this gut renovation project included a complete landscape overhaul. The site provides spectacular views to the Pacific Ocean from higher elevations and to a wildlife corridor in the back. Working with steep topography and within tight zoning setbacks, SiteCreative developed a series of outdoor rooms around the site including a new pool that extends out over the existing slope. A series of fences and planted screens provide privacy to these outdoor living spaces from the street.
