SiteCreative followed suit with a landscape design that transitions from traditional to contemporary. The clean lines of staggered stone walls at the street frontage provide a subtle transition from public to private space and are in keeping with the residential neighborhood context. The main bluestone walkway on axis to the front entrance erodes into adjoining casual spaces. A copper plinth adjacent to the new copper clad living room extension contains a grove of small flowering hawthorne trees, echoing the copper veneer of the contemporary addition in the landscape. This project received LEED for Homes certification from the United States Green Building Council.
